11-Year-Old Boy Dies in ATV Crash in Wayne County, West Virginia

An 11-year-old boy has tragically died following an ATV crash that occurred on Monday afternoon. The accident took place along Stone Coal Road in the Crum area of Wayne County, West Virginia.
According to officials from the Kermit Volunteer Fire Department, who responded to the scene, three passengers were riding on the ATV at the time of the incident. Along with the victim, there was a 12-year-old and an 18-year-old also onboard.
It is believed that it was the 18-year-old who was driving at the time of impact. Emergency services arrived just after 2:30 p.m., but unfortunately, they were unable to save the young boy's life.
While authorities have not yet released any further details about those involved or how exactly this tragic event unfolded, it is known that all three passengers are from Ohio.
