According to the Iron County Sheriff's Office, the young man was driving a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV southbound when he collided with a northbound Ford F-150 at around 7:30 am.
The victim was alone in his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The driver of the truck, a 30-year-old woman, sustained minor injuries. An investigation into what caused this fatal accident is currently underway.
