22-Year-Old Minot Woman Injured in Highway 83 Bypass Crash

The driver of the Jeep and his passengers were not injured, but the Minot woman was injured and transported to Trinity Hospital.
A 22-year-old woman from Minot, North Dakota was injured in a crash that occurred on Tuesday morning around 10:08 a.m. The incident took place on the Highway 83 bypass.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, a 42-year-old man from Minot was driving a Jeep Cherokee east of 30th Avenue NW and attempting to make a southbound turn onto the Highway 83 bypass in Minot. As he was making the turn, his vehicle was struck by a Dodge Pickup driven by the 22-year-old woman who was traveling south on the bypass. The impact caused both vehicles to roll onto their sides.
Fortunately, neither the driver of the Jeep nor his passengers sustained any injuries in this collision. However, the young woman from Minot suffered injuries and had to be transported by ambulance to Trinity Hospital for medical treatment.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is currently investigating this crash further to determine its exact cause and circumstances.
