5 Injured in Anaheim Crash Involving OCTA Bus and Lexus Sedan

3 people sustained minor injuries
A crash involving an Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) bus and a Black Lexus sedan resulted in injuries to five people in Anaheim on Friday night. The incident occurred just after 10 p.m. outside the Disneyland theme park, near the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Disney Way.
According to initial reports, the driver of the Lexus was making a right turn from a left turn lane when they collided with an OCTA bus carrying several passengers. The bus driver stated that he was driving at about 10-15 miles per hour before having to slam on the brakes, causing an elderly passenger to fall on the floor.
Video footage from the scene showed minor damage to the right passenger side of the Lexus and front left bumper of the OCTA bus. A photojournalist with OnScene.TV initially observed five people being transported by ambulance; however, Anaheim Police could only confirm that three individuals sustained minor injuries.
It is currently unknown if charges will be filed against the driver of the sedan for their role in causing this accident.
