A tragic accident in Clark County, Arkansas has left a family, church and community grieving. On Thursday, a truck carrying a pastor and his three children was hit by a train. Two of the children were killed while the father and one child survived but are recovering from injuries in hospital.

The deceased children have been identified as Marley Jo Fryar and Dana Kate Fryar. The surviving father is Chad Fryar who is also the pastor of Crossroads Cowboy Church branch in Bismarck.

Ron Riddle, head pastor of Crossroads Cowboy Church expressed his grief over the loss saying "Chad and Rachel have become like our own children. Their kids called us Nana and Po." He added that despite this tragedy being another blow to their church which had already lost someone six months ago, they will get through it together as they always do.

Riddle said he spoke with Chad on Friday who confirmed that both he and his son Bo Henry are now stable but still recovering at the hospital.

While Union Pacific Railroad investigates how this happened, Riddle says their faith remains strong: "Just trust that God has bigger plans...But I am going to have a lot of questions when I get there."

For those looking to help out the family during this difficult time can visit Crossroad Cowboy Church's Facebook page for more information.
