Six People Hospitalized After Two-Car Crash in Bolivar
A two-car crash near Bolivar on Sunday afternoon resulted in six people being taken to the hospital. The accident occurred at around 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of Missouri Highway 13 and E. 490th Road.
The City of Bolivar reported that all six individuals involved in the accident were sent to the hospital for further medical treatment, with two medical helicopters called to the scene as well.
Authorities are still investigating what caused the crash, which involved two cars. The identities and conditions of those injured have not been released.
In a social media post, officials thanked citizens who stopped and provided assistance to those in need and first responders.
