Woman Injured in Car Crash Involving Tractor-Trailer on Route 72

A crash involving two cars and a tractor-trailer caused the closure of Route 72 in Lebanon County on Monday. The incident occurred between I-76 Exit 266 to Route 322 in West Cornwall Township, leading to the road being closed in both directions. According to police reports, a car traveling northbound collided head-on with a tractor-trailer, causing a third car to crash into the back of the truck.

The woman driving the car that hit the tractor-trailer suffered minor injuries while hazmat crews were called upon as fuel leaked from the truck. However, they have since cleared up and reopened traffic flow.
