A car flipped over and a school bus was hit during a collision that occurred on Wednesday afternoon near the intersection of Siebert Road and McKnight Road in Ross Township. The incident prompted police response, according to Allegheny County dispatchers.
While there were no reports of injuries, students from Ross Elementary School were involved in the accident. A Facebook post from the school confirmed that "a minor fender bender" took place at the scene but assured parents that all students aboard the bus were safe. The bus was rerouted back to the school following the incident.
Authorities have yet to release any further details regarding what caused the crash or if any charges will be filed against those involved.
