Omaha Police and Fire Department are currently investigating a crash that occurred early Friday morning, involving a car and semi-truck. The accident took place on I-680E near Mormon Bridge Road in Omaha, Nebraska. According to the officials who were present at the scene of the incident, one person was taken to the hospital.

As a result of this collision, eastbound lanes of I-680 have been closed between Highway 75 and North 31st Street. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes until further notice.
