Highway 12 in Solano County Reopens After Cement Truck Crash
The eastbound lanes of Highway 12 in Suisun City, California were closed for over an hour on Friday morning due to a crash involving a cement truck. According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at around 7:30 a.m. near Walters Road.
The cement truck had blocked the eastbound lanes and a tow truck was present in the westbound lanes, leading authorities to close both directions of the highway. The road reopened just before 9 a.m.
Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported as it was determined that this was a solo crash with only minor injuries sustained by those involved.
