Cement Truck Rolls Over in Chesterfield County

No injuries reported, driver cited for failing to maintain control
The Chesterfield County Police Department is currently investigating a cement truck rollover that occurred near Pocahontas State Park. The incident took place at the intersection of Claypoint Road and Qualla Road on Monday, June 5th around 8:45 am. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the accident.
According to police reports, the driver of the cement truck was cited for failing to maintain control which led to the rollover. Crews are currently working to clear up debris from the scene and drivers are advised to avoid this area until further notice.
