Woman Involved in Crash Involving Two Trucks in Miami-Dade

32nd Avenue between 37th Street and 36th Street has been shut down until police clear the scene.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and police responded to a crash involving two trucks on Thursday morning. The incident took place near Northwest 37th Street and 32nd Avenue, right in front of O’Reilly Auto Parts.
According to fire officials, the call reporting the traffic accident came in at 8:40 a.m., prompting multiple units to be dispatched to the scene. Eyewitnesses reported seeing a woman outside one of the vehicles speaking with officials. It is believed that she may have been rescued from her vehicle as it caught fire. However, it remains unclear whether she will require transportation to the hospital.
The crash involved a larger box truck and a smaller refrigerated truck. As a result of this collision, authorities have closed off 32nd Avenue between 37th Street and 36th Street until they can clear the area.
