Police still investigating the cause of the crash. Road closure in effect.

Police are currently investigating a crash that occurred in Quechee, Vermont. The incident took place just after 10 a.m. in front of the Quechee Village Shops on Route 4. According to reports, a state dump truck collided with an RV that was towing a pickup truck.

The collision resulted in injuries to both drivers involved. The dump truck driver was immediately taken to the hospital for medical treatment, while one of the individuals traveling in the RV also sustained injuries. Their current condition is unknown at this time.

Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash and continue to investigate further details surrounding the incident. As a result of the accident, traffic has been detoured for several hours near the area where it occurred. It remains unclear whether or not the road has since reopened.
