Driver Dies in Colorado Springs Car Crash

A fatal car accident occurred in Colorado Springs on Tuesday night, and the police department is currently investigating. Officers responded to the scene of a single-car crash near Black Forest Road at around 10 p.m.
The vehicle was traveling westbound on Dublin when it lost control and hit a median and curb. The impact caused the car to roll over before coming to rest on the southern sidewalk in the eastbound lanes. Witnesses attempted to save the driver's life but were unsuccessful, as they died at the scene.
Police believe that speed played a role in this tragic incident. At this time, authorities have not released any information about the victim's identity.
As a result of this accident, all eastbound lanes of Dublin Blvd are closed at Sandy Ford Ln until further notice. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and avoid this area if possible.
