Driver of the Truck Killed in Deadly Crash Involving Tractor Trailer and Two Trucks

One person died, two others were flown to the hospital with serious injuries, and the driver of the tractor trailer was uninjured.
CARTER COUNTY, Ky. - The AA Highway has reopened Wednesday afternoon after a deadly crash earlier in the day, according to Kentucky State Police. The crash involved a tractor-trailer and two trucks, and resulted in the death of one person.
Troopers reported that the driver of a truck traveling southbound on the AA Highway crossed the center line and hit the side of the tractor-trailer, causing the truck to spin out of control before hitting another truck head-on. The driver of the second truck was killed in the collision.
The identity of the deceased has not been released pending notification of family members.
