Zenon Zawadzki Dies in Car Accident - Accident Under Investigation

A fatal car crash that occurred on Route 138 in Griswold, Connecticut is currently under investigation by authorities. The accident involved two vehicles and took place at Oakville Road around 9:22 a.m. on Monday morning.
According to reports, the driver of a Ford F550 failed to stay in their lane and collided head-on with another vehicle driven by Zenon Zawadzki, a 73-year-old resident of Griswold. Unfortunately, Zawadzki did not survive the collision.
The CSP C.A.R.S. Unit (accident reconstruction) has been called in to assist with the ongoing investigation into what caused this tragic incident.
State police are still investigating this crash as they try to determine what led up to these devastating events.
