Officials Respond to Deadly Crash in Blount County
Officials with the Seymour Volunteer Fire Department and the Blount Co. Sheriff's Office responded to a deadly crash on Sevierville Road, at Raintree Road. The accident occurred on May 21, 2023, at around 10:04 pm.
The highway was closed as crews worked the crash, according to officials. Drivers were asked to avoid the area and find an alternate route as the road would be closed for an extended period of time.
Deputies are continuing their investigation into the three-car accident that claimed lives.
