Dearborn Dentist Dr. Chris Clifford Dies in Tragic Car Accident

Dr. Chris Clifford died due to his injuries
A beloved dentist and father of five, Dr. Chris Clifford, tragically lost his life on Monday afternoon in a car accident while on his way home from work. The 41-year-old was involved in a three-car crash on Telegraph Road in Dearborn when he was rear-ended at a stoplight.
Dr. Clifford was immediately transported to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries. He leaves behind his wife and five children - Artjoms (20, Milana (17), Lily (14), Caleb (12), and Charlie (10).
In addition to being a father and husband, Dr. Clifford excelled professionally as a highly skilled dentist. He graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan Dental School in 2009 before joining Newman Family Dental Center in April 2023 as both partner and dentist.
The news of Dr. Clifford's untimely passing prompted an outpouring of condolences on social media platforms from former coworkers and patients alike who described him as friendly, kind-hearted, and talented.
In light of the tragic circumstances, a GoFundMe campaign has been created to assist with funeral expenses, bills, and other necessities for the Clifford family.
The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday at Grace Bible Church in Ann Arbor. Visitation will be held from 9-10:45 a.m., followed by the service at 11 a.m.
