Driver Killed in Collision with Semi-Truck

Driver of the car died, driver of the semi-truck was not hurt.
A fatal collision between a driver and a semi-truck occurred in Fresno County, California. The incident took place at Manning and Adams Avenues, just east of the city of San Joaquin, shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the semi-truck was transporting grapes when it collided with the car. Tragically, the driver of the car sustained severe injuries and was airlifted to a nearby hospital. Despite medical efforts, they succumbed to their injuries.
Fortunately, the driver of the semi-truck emerged from the crash unharmed. However, following this initial collision, another separate crash unfolded in close proximity involving three cars. Thankfully, no individuals involved in this subsequent accident suffered any injuries.
The CHP is currently investigating both crashes to determine their causes and gather further details about these unfortunate incidents that transpired within such close proximity.
