Honolulu police reported a crash involving a driver in a suspected stolen car that temporarily closed Booth Road in Pauoa on Monday morning. The incident occurred around 9:30 am and witnesses reported seeing the male driver ramming into a vehicle occupied by several individuals.
The police arrested the man who is believed to be in his 30s on suspicion of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle and first-degree criminal property damage. As per HPD, "the incident prompted police to close the road for several hours." However, all lanes have since been reopened.
