George Frary In Serious Condition After Drugged Driver Hits Two Cars in Tully

72-year-old George Frary is in serious condition, while 49-year-old Jeremy Frary and 68-year-old Melody-Frary have minor injuries.

According to the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office, a 56-year-old man named Steven LaFleur was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs and causing an accident in Tully, New York. The incident occurred on June 21 at approximately 9:55 p.m. when LaFleur hit two cars that were parked on the shoulder of Route 11 near the I-81 North ramp.

One of the vehicles was disabled while the other was attempting to assist its driver. As a result of the collision, a 72-year-old man named George Frary sustained serious injuries and has been taken to Upstate Hospital for treatment. Two others involved in the incident, Jeremy Frary (49) and Melody-Frary (68), suffered minor injuries.

LaFleur has been charged with "Driving with Ability Impaired by Drugs" following his arrest by local authorities.
