DUI Car Crash Results in Rollover in Zillah, Washington

According to a press memo from the Washington State Patrol (WSP), a DUI car crash occurred in Zillah, Washington. The incident involved a Honda Civic driven by a 31-year-old man from Toppenish. The vehicle was traveling eastbound on Interstate 82 when it left the roadway near exit 52 and rolled over.
As a result of the rollover, the driver sustained injuries and was subsequently taken to Astria Sunnyside Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, WSP reported that the car was completely totaled in the accident.
The WSP investigation revealed that at the time of the crash, the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Consequently, he is expected to face charges for driving under the influence (DUI).
