Driver with minor injuries, lanes closed
A box truck driver sustained minor injuries after a single-vehicle wreck that closed lanes on the Durham Freeway on Monday afternoon. The accident occurred around 3:14 p.m. near the West Chapel Hill Street exit, according to police reports.
The driver was traveling southbound when he veered off the left side of the road and hit a guardrail in the median. Fortunately, he did not require hospitalization.
