Drunk driver kills 32-year-old in Indianapolis crash

Jacob Agee, 40, has been charged with causing death while operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he reportedly ran a red light and collided with a Honda Civic, killing the 32-year-old driver. Agee was driving at speeds of over 70 miles per hour and had a blood alcohol content of .18 percent.
