According to the Laredo Police Department, the incident involved two vehicles and took place on Friday, September 1st at approximately 8:50 a.m. The collision happened at the intersection of Mines Road and Pinto Valle when a passenger vehicle went underneath a tractor-trailer.
Tragically, two individuals lost their lives in this accident. The identities of the victims have not been released at this time.
