Woman Killed in Genito Road and Stigall Way Crash in Chesterfield

A fatal accident occurred on Friday afternoon in Chesterfield, Virginia. According to a report from Accident.NEWS, "a woman is dead after her car was hit by a pickup truck on Genito Road." The incident happened around 3 p.m. at the intersection of Genito and Stigall Way.
The police have identified the vehicles involved as a 2005 Ford Focus and a 2022 Dodge 2500 pickup truck. The driver of the Ford Focus sustained severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment but unfortunately passed away due to her injuries. Her identity has not been disclosed yet, pending notification of next of kin.
