A boating investigation is currently underway in Perry County, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on Wednesday evening when crews were called to search the Susquehanna River. According to a spokesperson from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, the incident has been classified as a "fatal boating accident." The search took place across from the Millersburg Ferry near the Ferryboat Campsites in Liverpool, Pennsylvania. Emergency crews and State Police were involved in conducting a water rescue that lasted for several hours. However, it remains unclear what events led up to this search.
