Dalton Cross and Tailynne Fogg Involved in Fatal Car Crash in Cushing

A fatal car crash occurred in Cushing, Maine on Wednesday evening. According to Pen Bay Pilot, the accident happened just before 5:15 p.m. on Spear Mill Road. The driver of the vehicle, identified as 29-year-old Dalton Cross from South Thomaston, lost control and hit a tree off-road. Unfortunately, he died at the scene.
His passenger was identified as 19-year-old Tailynne Fogg from Rockland who was ejected from the vehicle during impact. She sustained serious injuries and was transported by Life Flight helicopter to a local trauma center for treatment.
The cause of the accident is currently under investigation by authorities. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
