One Woman Killed in Fatal Car Crash In Greenburgh Overnight Tuesday

One woman was killed in the crash.
Police have confirmed that one person was killed in a car crash that occurred in the town of Greenburgh on Tuesday. The accident happened on Route 119, in front of the Crossroad Shopping Center, at around 1:20 a.m.
According to reports, the victim was a woman who was driving a Hyundai Elantra. The car reportedly went off the roadway, hit a tree, and then rolled over into a ditch. The woman was the only occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police have not yet released the identity of the victim, pending notification of her family. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
Residents in the area have expressed their condolences to the victim's family and have urged drivers to exercise caution on the roads.
