Two People Killed in Anderson Crash

The Anderson Police Department in Indiana responded to a tragic crash on Saturday afternoon, resulting in the death of two individuals. The incident occurred at approximately 5:15 p.m. on July 15th at the intersection of South Scatterfield Road and East 5th Street.
According to a spokesperson from the police department, the collision involved a pickup truck driven by a 17-year-old resident of Anderson and a small car carrying two females. All three individuals involved were promptly transported to nearby hospitals for medical attention.
Unfortunately, both women in the car succumbed to their injuries while receiving treatment. At this time, authorities have not released any information regarding the identities of the victims.
The investigation into this devastating crash is still ongoing, as law enforcement officials work diligently to determine its cause and gather further details.
