According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, a fatal accident occurred in Rochester, N.Y. on Wednesday afternoon involving an SUV and a lawnmower. The incident took place on Black Book Road.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the crash involved a riding lawnmower and an SUV. Tragically, 65-year-old Frank J. Magner lost his life as a result of the collision. The driver of the SUV sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Fortunately, they have since been released.
