Sacramento police reported a fatal collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle near midtown on Monday. The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of W and 24th Streets.
According to authorities, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the Sacramento Police Department.
