A fatal two-vehicle crash occurred in Howell, New Jersey early Sunday morning, resulting in the death of a Lakewood man.
According to authorities from the prosecutor's office, the accident took place at around 2:53 a.m. at the intersection of Route 9 and Aldrich Road. The victim, a 69-year-old Lakewood resident, was driving one of the vehicles involved but has not been publicly identified.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, along with members of the Monmouth County Serious Collision Analysis Response Team (SCART) and Howell Police Department are currently investigating this case. They are urging anyone who may have witnessed the crash to come forward with information.
