Fayetteville Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash in Eureka Springs

A tragic motorcycle accident in Eureka Springs, Arkansas has claimed the life of a Fayetteville man. According to a crash report, Raymond Scott Kinnunen, 58, was involved in the fatal incident that occurred on U.S. Highway 62 at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Kinnunen was traveling eastbound on his 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he slowed down to make a left turn. Unfortunately, as he attempted to navigate the turn, he lost control of his bike and was thrown off it. Tragically, another motorcycle struck him during this moment of vulnerability.
Regrettably, Kinnunen did not survive the collision. The driver of the second motorcycle involved in the accident was transported to Eureka Springs Hospital for medical treatment.
The crash report indicates that weather conditions were favorable at the time of the incident with clear skies and dry roads.
This unfortunate event serves as a reminder for all motorists to exercise caution and remain vigilant while on the roadways. Accidents can happen unexpectedly even under seemingly ideal conditions.
