Two People Dead in Fiery Birmingham Car Crash

Birmingham Fire and Rescue, along with Search teams, are investigating a car crash that resulted in the death of two individuals. The incident occurred on Sunday at approximately 3:30 a.m. near University Boulevard and 9th Street South.
Upon arrival at the scene, officials discovered the vehicle had crashed into the bridge structure on the I-65 underpass. The car was engulfed in flames when authorities arrived.
At this time, there is no information available regarding what caused the accident. Authorities have not released any details about the victims or their identities.
