Five Teens Injured in Crash in Greenville County

All five teens were taken to the hospital. One teen is in serious condition but expected to survive.
Five teenagers were injured in a car crash on Thursday morning in Greenville County. The incident occurred at approximately 6 a.m. on Highway 25 near Highway 418, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The authorities reported that a Chrysler Fiat was heading south on Highway 25 when it veered off the right side of the road and collided with both a speed limit sign and a tree. Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene and transported all five teens to the hospital for medical treatment.
While one of the teenagers is currently listed as being in serious condition, they are expected to survive their injuries, stated troopers from the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Further details regarding what caused the vehicle to leave its lane remain unknown at this time. The investigation into this accident is ongoing.
