Ramp closed to traffic

A semi-truck carrying Amazon goods flipped over on its side at the I-70 eastbound ramp to northbound I-75 in Dayton, Ohio earlier today. The accident caused minor injuries and prompted troopers from the Dayton Post of OSP to be dispatched at 12:40 p.m.

The crash was captured by an ODOT camera located at I-70 at I-75 around 1:43 p.m. The footage showed the overturned truck blocking traffic on the ramp leading to northbound I-75.

As a result, Dayton OSP closed off access to this section of highway until further notice.

As of 4:30 p.m., "the scene of the crash has been cleared." However, despite this development, Dayton OSP confirmed that "the ramp is still closed" and did not provide any information regarding when it might reopen.
