A four-vehicle crash in Blaine, Minnesota left two individuals severely injured on Saturday afternoon. The incident involved an ambulance and a motorcycle at the intersection of Hwy. 65 and 109th Ave. Northeast. According to reports from the State Patrol, the crash occurred shortly before 5 p.m.

The state crash report reveals that the ambulance had its lights and sirens activated as it was heading north to respond to a call. Both were transported from the scene to Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis with injuries described as life-threatening.
