Fourth Victim Jeanna Speegle Passes Away in Baldwin Beach Express Wreck

Fourth manslaughter charge will be added

A fourth victim has passed away following the deadly Baldwin Beach Express wreck that occurred on June 18th. Jeanna Speegle, from Trussville, died at Sacred Heart hospital on Thursday morning. Her husband, Tim Speegle, who was the CFO of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians had also passed earlier this week due to injuries sustained in the accident.

The driver responsible for causing the crash, David Arthur Colburn, 60 years old has been charged with a DUI and three counts of manslaughter. It has been reported that a fourth manslaughter charge will be added.

Stephanie A. Bryan, Tribal Chair & CEO – Poarch Band of Creek Indians further stated: "Although it's hard to find comfort in such a tragic event, I take solace in knowing that Tim and Jeanna are now in their heavenly home rejoicing together."
