Franklin Lakes Man Charged With DUI, Drugs After Summit Avenue Crash

Robert Mutzberg of Franklin Lakes was charged with assault by auto, driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drugs and paraphernalia after a crash on Summit Avenue. Mutzberg's Kia Forte struck a Honda Civic, causing damage to the driver's side. No fatalities were reported.
