Train service resumed with delays

A freight train collided with a truck in Yardley, Bucks County early Thursday morning, causing disruptions to a SEPTA line heading into Center City Philadelphia. The incident occurred at the intersection of Big Oak Road and Township Line Road around 5:30 a.m. Fortunately, no injuries or fatalities were reported.

As a result of the crash, SEPTA's West Trenton Regional Rail line service to Center City was temporarily suspended until further notice.

The crash site is located just minutes away from Woodbourne station. Further details about the incident have not been provided at this time.
