Grand Island Man Jarrod Liske Killed in Car-Motorcycle Crash

A fatal car-motorcycle crash occurred just west of Grand Island on Monday afternoon, resulting in the death of a 51-year-old man. According to the Hall County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened at around 4:00 p.m. at Highway 30 and 60th road.
The incident involved an eastbound Toyota 4-runner driven by Alex Campbell from Omaha and a westbound Harley Davidson motorcycle operated by Jarrod Liske from Grand Island. The Toyota turned northbound onto 60th Road in front of Liske's motorcycle, causing a collision that resulted in his death.
An accident reconstruction team was called to assist with the investigation into what caused the crash. As of now, it remains open as authorities work to determine exactly what happened.
In response to this tragedy, the Hall County Attorney's Office has requested an autopsy for Liske. Our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time as they mourn their loss.
