Haley Pullos Charged with Felony DUI After Wrong-Way Car Crash

Haley Pullos, the 24-year-old actress known for her role in General Hospital, is facing serious charges following a wrong-way car accident that occurred on April 29 in Pasadena, California. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has charged Pullos with two felony charges and one misdemeanor charge.
According to ET, Pullos has been charged with "felony driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage causing injury," "felony driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content causing injury," and "misdemeanor hit and run driving resulting in property damage." TMZ was the first to report this news. Despite these charges, Pullos has pleaded not guilty. A hearing is scheduled for next month.
ET reached out to Pullos' representative for comment but received no response at the time of reporting.
When authorities from the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene of the collision on the highway, they had to use extraction tools known as "jaws of life" to free Pullos from her car. The other driver involved reportedly suffered major injuries and was hospitalized as a result.
Prior to this crash on the freeway, there were reports suggesting that Pullos was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run incident which led to her being charged with a misdemeanor offense. Afterward, photos of the crash were shared by Pasadena Fire Department on Twitter along with a reminder about road safety: "Cause is unknown but always a reminder to stay within speed limit, avoid drinking and stay off your phone."
The details surrounding this incident came into light when Haley Pullos informed Soap Opera Digest about taking some time off from General Hospital due to her involvement in an automobile accident. She assured fans that she was doing okay but needed time for recovery before returning back to work.
