According to officials, the incident occurred around 6 p.m. when Chester police attempted to stop a stolen vehicle. The pursuit led them into Brookhaven where the driver of the stolen car crashed at the intersection of Edgmont and Brookhaven roads.
The collision left several cars mangled at the intersection and caused significant damage. Multiple individuals involved were rushed to nearby hospitals for medical treatment.
