The driver of the ice cream truck reportedly crashed into an apartment building due to a possible medical condition. The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital before being released. Meanwhile, the young boy who was inside the apartment at the time also suffered injuries and was transported to a hospital where he remains in stable condition.
