Nicholas Johnson Arrested for DUI After Crashing Vehicle into Fourpole Creek in Huntington

A man has been arrested in Huntington, West Virginia after driving under the influence and crashing his vehicle into Fourpole Creek. According to the Huntington Police Department, Nicholas Johnson was found to be intoxicated when he lost control of his car near the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Enslow Boulevard.
Upon arriving at the scene on Monday morning, officers discovered that Johnson had fled from the accident. However, he was soon located nearby and taken into custody following a brief pursuit by police.
Johnson now faces charges of DUI less than .150, fleeing from an officer, and obstructing. Further details about the incident have not yet been released.
