Man ejected and flown to hospital
A man has been ejected from his vehicle in a multi-car rollover crash that occurred on Thursday afternoon in Bridgeport, West Virginia. The accident took place just after 1:15 p.m. on Lodgeville Rd., and emergency crews were quick to respond.
According to officials at the scene, at least three cars were involved in the collision, and one man was ejected from his car during the incident. Although he is alive, it remains unclear how severe his injuries are at this time. He is currently being flown by HealthNet to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Fortunately, no other major injuries have been reported by officials who arrived on the scene of the accident.
The roadway where the crash occurred was closed down for over an hour as emergency crews worked to treat those involved and clean up debris from the wreckage.
