Driver Injured in Milford Car Rollover

Driver transported to hospital for evaluation of injuries.
The Milford Fire Union reported that a car rolled over early Sunday on Point Beach Drive in Milford, Connecticut. The incident occurred around 12:25 a.m. and when fire crews arrived, they found a vehicle with its roof on the ground and one person inside.
According to firefighters, they opened the driver's side door and assisted the driver outside the car. The driver was then transported to Bridgeport Hospital for evaluation of injuries. The Milford Fire Department personnel helped the driver outside the car.
The scene was cleared, and all hazards were mitigated. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
