Minnesota Man Dies in Rollover Crash on I-94 near Rogers

A tragic rollover crash on a freeway in the Twin Cities area claimed the life of a Minnesota man. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon near Rogers, prompting a response from the State Patrol.
According to the state crash report, the accident took place shortly before 12:15 p.m. along I-94, west of its interchange with Hwy. 101. The driver of a van, identified as Shawn Conrad Tregoning, aged 32 and hailing from Minneapolis, was traveling east on I-94 when his vehicle veered off the road and entered the ditch. Subsequently, it rolled multiple times.
Tragically, Tregoning did not survive the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have noted that he was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of impact. It remains unclear whether alcohol played a role in this fatal incident.
The State Patrol is currently investigating this devastating accident to determine its cause and any contributing factors involved.
