Motorcycle Crash in Spanish Fork Leaves One Dead

A tragic motorcycle crash in Spanish Fork, Utah has claimed the life of a 34-year-old man. According to Spanish Fork Police, the accident occurred on Saturday, July 1st, in the vicinity of 450 North Highway 6.
Upon receiving reports of the incident, Spanish Fork Police and EMS swiftly responded to the scene. Unfortunately, they discovered that the motorcyclist had succumbed to his injuries.
Eyewitnesses informed authorities that the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on the highway when he suddenly changed lanes and collided with the rear end of a pickup truck. This collision caused him to veer into oncoming traffic in westbound lanes. Tragically, an approaching vehicle struck both him and his motorcycle before it also collided with another westbound vehicle.
Regrettably, despite emergency responders' efforts at resuscitation measures upon arrival at the scene, they were unable to save his life. The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at that location.
Spanish Fork Police are currently conducting an investigation into this devastating accident. As part of their inquiry process, Highway 6 has been closed off from Center St. to Expressway Ln., affecting both directions for several hours as officials work diligently at gathering evidence and reconstructing what transpired.
